Rental Guidelines

Rental History:

Have you rented in the past? (First time renters may be subject to an extra deposit upon approval)
How long did you rent from your previous landlord?
Did you pay late?
Did you fulfill the terms of your lease?
Did you receive any lease violations?

Employment:

Have you been employed with your current employer for at least 6 months?
Is your income verifiable?
Do you have any other sources of verifiable income?

Pets:

Pets are allowed at approved properties only.
Pet application must be submitted and approved prior to pet residing at property.
Additional pet deposit required.

Application Fee:

Any adult residing at the property must fill out an application and undergo a criminal background check.
$65.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over the age of 18 years of age.
$25.00 pet application per pet
Falsification of information provided by applicant is grounds for automatic denial of application with loss of all monies paid.
